Required Skills:

Experience in Core Java is a must.

• Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Engineering.

• Experience managing a project within a formal product development process.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience working as part of a global development team working across diverse cultural barriers.
• Ability to work flexible hours in order to communicate effectively with other global design centers.

Desired Skills:
• Experience developing products in a multi-team environment that work together as part of a system.
• Experience presenting project status to upper management.
• Knowledge of HAVC/INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION DOMAIN
