- Handling tickets and on call support.
- Installation upgrade and maintenance of CICS and related products.
- Sound knowledge in SMPE.
- Experience in problem determination,performance tuning,setting security and web enabling CICS.
- Set up and maintain CICS regions.
- Technical guidance to the team.
- Good knowledge in Disaster Recovery.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in supporting big environments.
